The PMS office opening hours will be as follows:
• Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd December - open 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 24th December - open 9am to 12.30 noon
• Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December - closed
• Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December - open 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 31st December - open 9am to 12.30 noon
• Thursday 1st January 2015 - closed
• Friday 2nd January 2015 - open 9am to 5pm

If your query relates to a procuration fee where PMS pay you (Accord Mortgages, Airdrie Savings Bank, BM Solutions, Halifax Intermediaries, Manchester Building Society, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, Platform, Tipton and Coseley, Santander for Intermediaries, or Ulster Bank) please email email@example.com. Where a lender pays you direct please contact the relevant lender directly.
Procuration Fee payments over the Christmas period
PMS will process a payment run on Monday 22nd December in order for funds to reach your account on Christmas Eve.
There will be no payments processed during the week commencing 29th December 2014. All normal services will be resumed on Tuesday 6th January 2015.
