Coventry Intermediaries are making the following changes to their product range effective from Tuesday 9 February 2010. Please visit www.coventryintermediaries.co.uk for full details.
Coventry Residential:
- Fixed Rate 4.99% (FXR14) increased to 5.39%
- Flexx for Term variable rate - 2.99% (FLX51) increased to 3.25%
Godiva BTL:
- Flexx for Term variable rate (70%) - 4.75% (GBT56) increased to 4.99%
- Fixed rate 5.75% (GBT50) - will close 8 February.
AIP does not secure the rate. The rate disappears from their website and sourcing systems 8.00pm on Monday 8 February 2010.
To secure the closing schemes a full application must be received by the deadline, applications received after then are to be re-quoted on a new product.
Booking Fees are payable on application and are non-refundable. Until these fees are received, your application will not be processed, the rate is not reserved and a valuation will not be instructed. Fees are payable by Debit/Credit card or cheque.
