Abbey are launching 2 new exclusives for all Key Accounts as follows:
- 2 year Tracker Remortgage and Homebuyer products, 75% LTV, 2.85% (BBR+2.35%) with a £995 fee
They are also reducing the rates by up to 0.25% on their 70% LTV 5 Year Fixed rate products to 4.99% on their Homebuyer product and 5.15% on their Remortgage product.
They are also reducing the rates on their market leading 3 year Tracker products as follows:
- 70% LTV Homebuyer product, 2.54% (BBR+2.04%) with a £995 fee
- 70% LTV Remortgage product, 2.59% (BBR+2.09%) with a £995 fee
- 75% LTV Homebuyer product 3.09% (BBR+2.59%) with no booking fee
- 75% LTV Remortgage product 3.14% (BBR+2.64%) with no booking fee
