Northern Rock will reduce selected mortgage rates on Wednesday 3 March.
- 70% LTV Everyday 2 Year Fixed rates with Product Fees now start from 3.45%.
- 80% LTV Everyday 2 Year Fixed rates with Product Fees now start from 4.89%.
- 70% LTV Everyday 2 Year Trackers with Product Fees now start from 2.60%.
- End dates extended to 1 May.
All other product features, including early repayment charges, will remain unchanged.
Existing rates will be available until 8pm this evening (2 March 2010).
New rates will be available from 8am Wednesday 3 March 2010.
