Please find below the latest product news for Abbey and Alliance & Leicester effective from Thursday 4th March 2010.
Abbey for Intermediaries
They have reduced the rates on the following market-leading 70% LTV 2 Year Fixed rate exclusives for all Key Accounts:
- Remortgage product, 3.64% with a £995 fee
- Homebuyer product, 3.59% with a £995 fee
- Homebuyer Plus product, 3.59% with a £995 fee
They have also reduced the rates on products they have for existing Santander Current Account customers. These are available to all Key Accounts as follows:
- 2 year Fixed rate Remortgage product, 3.54% with a £995 fee
- 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 3.49% with a £995 fee
They have also launched the following new market-leading 2 Year Tracker products:
- 70% LTV Homebuyer product, 2.49% (BBR +1.99%) with a £1,495 fee
- 70% LTV Homebuyer product, 2.69% (BBR +2.19%) with a £495 fee
- 80% LTV Remortgage product, 3.94% (BBR +3.44%) with a £1,495 fee
- 80% LTV Homebuyer product, 3.94% (BBR +3.44%) with a £995 fee
They have also reduced the rate on their market-leading 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed rate Homebuyer and Homebuyer Plus products to 4.95% with a £995 fee.

They have reduced the rate on their market-leading 80% LTV 2 Year Tracker rates as follows:
- Remortgage product, 3.94% (BBR +3.44%) with a £1,495 fee
- Homebuyer product, 3.94% (BBR +3.44%) with a £995 fee
