Landlord's Insurance 

Our Landlord's Insurance gives your clients a range of features such as alternative accommodation for their tenants and new for old replacement as standard. The policy can also be tailored to suit your clients' individual needs, ensuring their investment is properly protected. It offers:

  • Up to £1million of buildings cover
  • A choice of insurers from a panel of providers with a quote results screen that returns all quotes, not just the cheapest
  • A choice of Contents Insurance options from £10,000 to £50,000
  • Up to £60,000 of cover against loss of rent and cover for alternative accommodation if the property is uninhabitable due to an insured event 
  • Up to £2 million property owners' liability cover
  • Up to £5,000 of cover for damage caused by tracing and accessing leaks
  • Cover for all perils even while the property is unoccupied for up to 90 days*
  • Cover for a range of tenancy agreements, such as asylum seekers, students, etc
  • 24 hour helplines for Legal Advice and Landlord's Emergency

* some perils are subject to a £500 excess after 45 days of unoccupancy

Mortgage Protection

Our MortgageProtector product enables your clients to feel reassured, safe in the knowledge they have extra support to cover their mortgage payment should they need it. MortgageProtector provides a monthly tax-free payment of up to £3,000 a month or 75% of their gross monthly income (whichever is lower) following an accident, sickness or being made redundant. Should the worst happen, MortgageProtector is designed to help your clients continue to pay their mortgage, mortgage related insurance and other household expenses for up to 12 or 24 months while they focus on getting back on their feet.

Income Protection

Our IncomeShield product is designed to give your client's peace of mind that if they're unable to work due to accident, sickness or redundancy they'll receive a monthly tax-free income of up to £2,000 or 65% of their gross monthly income (whichever is lower) to help support their cost of living and keep control of their lifestyle for either 12 or 24 months. What's more IncomeShield isn't tied to a credit agreement so clients can use the monthly payment to cover whatever outgoings they wish, such as gas and electricity bills, council tax, mortgage or rent payments and food bills.
