L&G's new rehabilitation support service for customers who have our Income Protection Benefit (IPB) plan offers health assessments, rehabilitation support and advice, and can help guide your customers back to good health.
The service, available at no additional cost to both new and existing IPB customers, offers qualifying claimants access to a specialist team of rehabilitation professionals that help get them on the road to recovery through a structured ‘return to work’ programme.
Following an initial assessment, your customer will be provided with the appropriate early intervention treatments, as well as support and guidance from our healthcare professionals. The intention is to improve the overall service provided to your customer at a time when they need us most.
