Omnii Solutions has developed CheckIT, a client credit check and property assessment toolkit for advisers. The information delivered by CheckIT will give a broker the ability to view the same credit information a lender sees so you can provide accurate and appropriate sourcing at point of sale.

System Features
Multiple Data Sources - Data is accessed electronically from Equifax, a leading data provider used by many lenders
Aggregation - The data is brought together into an easily readable report, reducing the time it takes to read it and the potential for oversights and errors
Analysis – The report analyses the client's information allowing the advisor to have the full facts before sourcing and submission
Reporting – Customer and adviser reports differ so that client expectations can be managed more easily
Please note that this service requires a category H Consumer Credit Licence, and that the customer must be present to access the full credit check. They don't need to be present for the Money Laundering and ID check.
