Rent on Time can make your life as a Financial Advisor easier by removing the risk of late rental payments or defaults from your clients' investment properties. It guarantees seamless cashflow as it pays the rent on time, every time, even if the tenant defaults! The landlord can rest easy in the knowledge that their monthly rental payments are guaranteed and fully safeguarded.
This is NOT a Rent Guarantee insurance product. There are no excess payments, no waiting periods, and no claims process requirements. It is unique and simple.
The Rent on Time service costs 6% of the monthly rental income. In addition there is a one-off £100 administration fee per property.
Rent on Time Ltd also provide a Find a Tenant service to landlords to assist them in occupying their vacant properties as quickly as possible. The Find a Tenant service offers landlords affordable value for money when marketing their property portfolio.

- Listing on property portals such as RightMove, Fish4Homes, FindAProperty.com and Zoopla to name a few
- Handling all communication with tenants and arranging viewing appointments
- Prospective tenant vetting according to the landlord's specific requirements
The Find a Tenant service costs £75 per property listing, of which they provide a refund of £50 to the landlord if they move the tenanted property to the Rent on Time service.

Commission
Rent on Time - PMS users receive 1% of every monthly rental payment of every property listed, with no clawbacks.
Find a Tenant - PMS users receive a one off payment of £25 for every property listed, with no clawbacks.
Commission is paid on the 15th working day of each month via BACS.
