Their service promise is that each adviser is targeted to provide indicative terms within 4 hours from the point of enquiry. If this isn’t possible for any reason, then there will be a phone call to the introducing broker explaining where the delay is and what they are doing to progress the case.
Each client is ring-fenced to an introducer, meaning that if the client re-approaches Vantage Finance in the future with a new enquiry or to re-mortgage the existing property, then Vantage immediately inform the original introducer and the fee split remains the same.
Clients will only be charged upon completion, meaning Vantage are happy to discuss all cases speculatively and source terms with a no-obligation service to the client. (Some Commercial enquiries may have a £250 appraisal fee at application stage depending on situation/lender)
