Lenders send payments by BACS which can take anything up to 5 working days to clear at PMS. PMS then make payment to brokers once the funds have cleared in our account.

  • Term loans - our TermTen product offers 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates before switching to a variable rate, giving your client the certainty they need regarding repayments as they expand their property portfolio.
  • Foreign nationals & ex-pats - we don't exclude good applications just because the client is a foreign national or an ex-pat; give us a call to discuss if you have any such clients.
  • Limited companies - complex ownership structures accepted.
