At Castle Trust Bank, we bring clever thinking and innovation to the borrowing process. Our team of experts can help find the best solution to most specialist lending needs including:

  • Bridge to let - our innovative combination of a bridging loan to meet the borrower's immediate needs, paired with a guaranteed exit option through our TermTen product (which has a fixed rate for the first 2, 3 or 5 years). The term exit is underwritten and agreed at the outset providing your client with confidence and certainty that they'll have an alternative exit option, should they need it.
  • Holiday lets - the staycation looks like it will be ever more popular in the next few years, and our expertise will help your clients expand their property portfolio and increase yield.
  • Bridging refurb (including HMO) - if your client is willing to put in the hard graft and refurbish a property, we'll do our part to help them achieve their goal.
  • First-time landlords - we all have to start somewhere, and we're happy to consider all sensible and well-thought out enquiries, even if your client is a first time landlord.
  • Term loans - our TermTen product offers 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates before switching to a variable rate, giving your client the certainty they need regarding repayments as they expand their property portfolio.
  • Foreign nationals & ex-pats - we don't exclude good applications just because the client is a foreign national or an ex-pat; give us a call to discuss if you have any such clients.
  • Limited companies - complex ownership structures accepted.
