On behalf of everyone at PMS, I’d like to thank you for your support over the last year.

It’s been a tricky 12 months for our industry and for customers, and it’s a period that you’ve navigated expertly.

Elevated interest rates and stubbornly high inflation have thankfully made way for somewhat more favourable conditions. But regulatory pressures demand as much time as ever before – and customer expectations around service continue to rise.

It’s why, earlier this year, we’ve pledged to become your proactive partner, for life. There to lighten the load at every step – whether you’re starting your business, growing it, running it, or exiting it.

You’ll have hopefully seen our recent announcement about the latest step we’re making to deliver on this promise: the appointment of Claire Cherrington as our Distribution Director for Bankhall and PMS.

Claire will be responsible for delivering the services and support that you need when she joins in March 2025. But we’re already thinking about new services and solutions that will help you start, run, grow and exit your business efficiently and effectively.

I know a lot of us are looking forward to getting our breath back over the festive period. So wherever and however you’re spending the next couple of weeks, I hope you’re surrounded by warmth and kindness.
