Once an online mortgage application has been submitted, please help Newcastle Intermediaries to help you by completing the 'What to send' checklist, which provides a list of all documents required for each case. The documents can be submitted via the Newcastle Intermediaries online application system, following which, you will receive automatic case updates via email.
On completion of your first application, they will ask you to complete a form confirming your bank details. This will allow them to pay your share of the procuration fee directly to you.
Once you have completed your online application to register to use Newcastle Building Society, they will aim to review your registration within two working hours of you applying (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm). Once your registration has been accepted, you can login and obtain quick decisions on behalf of your customers, as well as manage all of you outstanding DIPS with them.
