Lenders send payments by BACS which can take anything up to 5 working days to clear at PMS. PMS then make payment to brokers once the funds have cleared in our account.

BM Solutions – Portfolio Landlords

At BM solutions, we know whether you are a BTL specialist or only write the occasional case,  this can be a very complex area to navigate for brokers due to the amount of information lenders ask for and in different ways in order to assess the portfolio and make a lending decision.

On top of this complexity, if cases aren’t submitted in the right way with all  of the correct information at the right time this can also cause lengthy delays in getting that all important customer decision and the case to offer.

That is why at BM solutions we are looking at ways to help improve this journey for you and your clients to get better outcomes more quickly.

From 9^th November 2023, all Portfolio Landlord existing mortgage application data is captured with the online application, saving you time and only needing one system, one registration, and one set of user names and passwords.

The portfolio screens will allow you to prepopulate existing Lloyds Banking Group BTL mortgages and BM Solutions inflight applications. For further information go to the website.

Here is a reminder of some key changes effective 5 January 2026 – BM version

• Revised New Business and Product Transfer Procuration Fee Structure will apply from this 5^th January.
• The ESIS / Illustration calculates and details the procuration fee payable:
  • ESIS / Illustrations created and accepted on or after 5 January - Procuration fee calculated using the new structure, including any changes to pipeline applications.
  • ESIS / Illustrations created and accepted before 5 January - Procuration fee calculated using the previous structure.

• Procuration fee is linked to product selection.
• BM are unable to make any manual adjustments to payments. Therefore, please ensure you select the correct product as the procuration fee will be paid based on the product selected.
