If you have a client that you are unable to place on the high street or with your panel of lenders, Private Finance can help you. High net worth mortgages are underwritten on a case by case basis as the clients may have complex income arrangements, including bonus payments, profit-sharing agreements, or income and dividends from self-employment.

Private Finance will look after your client and seek to get the best mortgage available for their individual circumstances.
