Lenders send payments by BACS which can take anything up to 5 working days to clear at PMS. PMS then make payment to brokers once the funds have cleared in our account.

Later life lending:

Family offer generous mortgage terms for people approaching or in retirement. They take into account earned income up to the age of 70 and other sources of income beyond that such as pension, investment and rental income. They also recognise that many retired clients reach a point in their life when they wish to make the most of money tied up in their home to enjoy life's luxuries. The Retirement Lifestyle Booster mortgage is a real alternative to equity release. It is a 10 year interest-only standard mortgage that gives your clients regular monthly advances and an optional initial lump sum.


If your client is looking to invest in property or remortgage their Buy to Let property, Family Building Society offers a range of fixed or variable rate mortgages. Alternatively, if your Buy to Let client wants to make more of their savings and reduce the interest they're charged, the Offset Buy to Let Mortgages may be of interest.
