Tandem has taken the decision to withdraw its First Charge Mortgage offering from 29th June and is no longer accepting new applications. Tandem would like to assure advisers that they will honour any live applications currently in the pipeline and these will continue to be processed in line with their standard policies and procedures.  

Their team remain committed to supporting our brokers and customers through to completion and will be in contact with you separately to provide any further information you may need to ensure your application progresses smoothly.  

Existing Tandem customers will continue to be serviced in line with their contractual terms and should notice no difference in the day-to-day management of their agreements because of this change.
