Visit Darlington's intermediary website. Here you will find all the information you need when doing business with them. Here you can register for their online service which will give you access to their Toolbox containing the latest product information, lending criteria and necessary contact details and explains the process for submitting an online application.
Once your registration has been approved you can use their online portal to:
- Receive an instant decision on your customers' eligibility to apply for a mortgage
- Produce a DIP
- Complete and submit online mortgage applications
- Send completed application forms and scanned supporting documents to the Society.
