If you're a Solo member, you'll get access to a wide range of products and services through Aviva. But on occasions where your customers need something not covered by Aviva's underwriting requirements, you'll be able to either place this business with a Zenith provider through our off-panel process, or refer it to one of our trusted partners.
When to go off-panel
If you're a Solo member, you'll get access to a wide range of products and services through Aviva. But on occasions where Aviva can't accommodate your customer's underwriting requirements, you're able to access the breadth of the PMS Zenith offering, as well as our referral solutions. So your customers always get the cover they need.
How to write off-panel
When you become a Solo member, we'll provide you with off-panel Zenith agencies that you can access on occasions when Aviva can't accommodate your customer's underwriting requirements, giving you access to all the products and providers available through our whole-of-market Zenith offering.
How often you can write off-panel
You can write up to 15% of your business through your off-panel agencies.
What happens if you write more than 15% of your business off-panel?
In order for you to be eligible for a Solo membership, you need to write 85% of your business through Aviva, in line with our terms of business. If you find that you need to write more than 15% of your protection business off-panel, your Regional Key Account Manager will be in touch to discuss whether a Flex or Zenith membership could work better for you and your customers.
