Regulated residential bridging loans

We deliver first and second charge regulated bridging loans on most properties in England, Scotland, and Wales, with no early redemption charges or exit fees. We can quickly bridge your client’s financial gap while providing you with some of the best commission rates and introducer fees on the market.

Unregulated bridging loan

A regulated bridging loan is often used when there is a gap in financing that needs filling quickly. We can offer First or Second Charge regulated bridging loans on most properties in the United Kingdom that are currently occupied or will be occupied by the borrower or their immediate family.

Commercial bridging loan

Finance for commercial and semi-commercial properties, on a First or Second Charge basis, against most properties in the United Kingdom. Commercial bridging loans are often used when there is a gap in financing that needs filling quickly.

Bridge-to-let loans

Our range of bridging loans aimed specifically at the buy-to-let market. The fixed term loan is used to secure a property that will be rented out, but where the landlord doesn’t have a mortgage organised. The borrower’s exit strategy will be to refinance onto a conventional Buy-to-let mortgage.
