Lenders send payments by BACS which can take anything up to 5 working days to clear at PMS. PMS then make payment to brokers once the funds have cleared in our account.

Registering to use the system will give you access to an online DIP, KFI and mortgage application submission facility. The DIP does not incorporate a credit check. If you have not used the system before, you will first need to register, and this only takes a few minutes.

The Society lends in England and Wales.

We pride ourselves on customer service and that all underwriting decisions are made manually and with no credit scoring. We hold a daily ‘mortgage referral committee’ where the Society’s most senior decision makers meet and assess each case considering the supporting infrastructure of assets, debt, income and cost. Our Mortgage Referral Committee is in place to help support PMS members and their complex cases.

The Society offers lending for residential house purchase and remortgage loans up to 95% LTV and 75% LTV for BTL. We also lend on a joint borrower sole proprietor basis, interest only, new build and offer BTL top slicing.

In addition, the Society is a prominent lender in the later life lending market, we offer Retirement Interest Only mortgages, and allow applicants to borrow up to age 85 with no requirement for a single affordability check. We also consider earned income to age 75.
