Our Key Account Managers (RKAMs) liaise directly with lenders to help our customers with, training and educational events to help brokers protect their customers and their families. They also host our Mortgage Extra Live events and local cluster meetings and mortgage & Protection Development days.

Our Key Account Managers (RKAMs) are well versed in all areas of the mortgage process covering Mortgages, Protection, GI, Conveyancing, Private Home Valuations, Compliance and Technology.

They are very  much respected by brokers as adding Strategic value to their business and they are committed to working with you to find solutions that suit your business.

The Key Account Manager (RKAM) are also supported by our Award winning Mortgage Helpdesk team who will help you to place those difficult cases at their peak taking over 65,000 call annually.
