At every stage you are kept fully informed and you are welcome to attend any meetings or be party to any calls. In addition to our Commercial Managers, our team of expert Assistant Commercial Managers work closely every day with you and your clients to ensure you all receive world class customer service while their loan facility completes.

Our customer fee is typically 1.25% with £500 or 0.25% paid upon offer and the balance paid upon completion. That said, we would never lose a deal on a fee and are happy to discuss and negotiate a fee with the client in line with their needs.
