We will offer your client a bespoke solution from start to finish. Once you have introduced a client to us, we will make contact with them the same day and where appropriate arrange a meeting either virtually or face to face to really get to know them and their needs.

Following this we will request a tailored list of information from your clients so that we can give them the very best possible advice, offer solutions and lenders most suitable for their requirements.

At every stage you are kept fully informed and you are welcome to attend any meetings or be party to any calls. In addition to our Commercial Managers, our team of expert Assistant Commercial Managers work closely every day with you and your clients to ensure you all receive world class customer service while their loan facility completes.

Some important points to note: -

• The client remains yours at all times
• Any protection or regulated needs will be passed back to you
• You will be paid on any repeat business for the life of the client

Our customer fee is typically 1.25% with £500 or 0.25% paid upon offer and the balance paid upon completion. That said, we would never lose a deal on a fee and are happy to discuss and negotiate a fee with the client in line with their needs.
