Step 2: Your client confirms consent for you to act on their behalf - they can either call us or you can return the signed customer declaration form by post
Step 3: We don't wait for you to call us, in-fact we call you the same day we receive your client's consent
Step 4: You confirm the chosen product and we'll send you all the relevant documents via email within 24 hours
Step 5: You return your clients signed product transfer declaration and we'll set the transfer up
