PMS members can now offer their clients the low cost guarantee probate service from Ison Harrison. The probate advance service is ideally used at the stage of writing your client's Will, however Ison Harrison can also offer the same probate capped service as and when required. This will guarantee your client has fixed the cost of their future probate whenever that may be. Ison Harrison have a commission structure based on their eventual fees.

How much will you earn on completion of probate?
The commission is based upon the final fee Ison Harrison charge your client.
- Ison Harrison fee up to £1000 - you earn £40
- Ison Harrison fee £1000 to £3000 - you earn £225
- Ison Harrison fee over £3000 - you earn £450
If your client takes out the advance probate at the same time as a Will you will receive £15 in addition to the Will referral fee.
