PMS has bought together a panel of solicitors to which you can refer your clients for wills. Following completion of the will you will be paid for that referral.
Why does my client need a will?
- Your client can decide how their assets are shared - if they do not have a will, the law says who gets what
- If you're clients are an unmarried couple, you can make sure your clients partner is provided for
- If you're clients are divorced, they can decide whether to leave anything to their former partner
- Your clients can make sure they do not pay any more Inheritance Tax than is necessary
- If your client dies without a will, there are certain rules which dictate how the money, property or possessions should be allocated, and this may not be the way they would have liked them distributed.
Make sure your clients wishes are adhered to should the worse happen, refer them to one of our will writing firms and earn a referral fee once it has been written.
