Darlington Building Society

At Darlington Building Society they take a personal approach to mortgage underwriting which means they assess each individual case, rather than using an automated credit scoring system.

There may be situation where they can't help, but it's always worth a call and they will try their best, even if it is slightly outside of their lending criteria they may be able to consider it.
