Fixed and transparent early repayment charges (ERCs)

Our ERCs end after 10 years on our Plus (+) range, and after 8 years on our Lifestyle range.
On both of our Drawdown products, the ERC charging period is based on the completion date of the original loan, rather than the date of further withdrawals made.

Unlimited ERC-free repayments each year

From day 1, customers can choose to make an unlimited number of ERC-free repayments (minimum £50) totalling up to:
10% of the total advances borrowed* with our Lifetime Mortgage Lump Sum+ and Drawdown+.
Or
11% of the total advances borrowed* with our Lifetime Mortgage Lump Sum Lifestyle, Drawdown Lifestyle and Lump Sum Lifestyle Interest Reward products.
*Excludes additional borrowing
Please note: On our Lump Sum Lifestyle Interest Reward product, the interest payments made by your client count towards the 11% ERC-free allowance.
