SBVS can help your mortgage customers whenever they need a Building Survey or our new Homescore product.

Their solution provides a truly independent panel manager that works for its lender partners to manage risk, deliver exceptional service and drive up quality. With full national postcode coverage, customer approved panel members and two tiered professional indemnity cover, they offer a proposition that works.

Please note: This service is for private surveys and cannot be used to replace any mortgage valuation or survey carried out by a lender in conjunction with a mortgage application.

A new innovative product which will enable your customers to see the condition of their prospective purchase, sent to them on the day it is carried out. It does not carry a value so it has no bearing on their mortgage offer.

The valuer will rate 18 different areas of the property from 1-10 and comment on the reason for the specific rating.

Suitable for:

  • Traditional homes
  • Property under 100 years old and not covered by nhbc certificate
  • Standard construction
  • No extensions or large renovations

£75 referral fee paid on completion of the survey.
