Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has no call centres and provides direct dial numbers for all staff. Cases can be initially discussed with their highly experienced BDM team and if required referred onto a senior underwriter.

They lend up to 95% LTv on both purchase and remortgage products, and up to 90% LTV on new build flats and houses.

Much of their criteria is flexible for buy to lets.

Registration through their website is instant and the system can be used for basic DIPs, KFIs and online application submission.

They have a fair attitude when it comes to collecting fees meaning the arrangement fee will not be taken until after an initial assessment has taken place and the manual credit check has been carried out.

Intermediaries and their customers will have a dedicated case owner making the process smoother and updates easier to obtain.
