How to establish terms of business with providers

This is a guide for new companies that will need to set up terms of business with protection providers, and for existing companies that would like to add additional protection providers.

What happens next…

By selecting Bankhall PMS Ltd as your Service Provider and by choosing Zenith Protection or FlexPro as your proposition. Your Agency Application will be sent for approval to our PMS Protection Agency Team and upon endorsing your application, this will be sent directly to providers.

Providers not covered by Origo

The following providers do not subscribe to Origo Agency Registration service and therefore you will need to apply directly to them for terms of business. To make this easier for you, please click on the links below.

To register with Holloway Friendly simply read and complete their Terms of Business, and return it via email to [email protected] and include PMS in the email header.

Providers selected by you will contact you directly to confirm all details you require within the next 14 working days to establish terms of business and to attach your chosen PMS Protection panel terms to your new agencies.

As part of your PMS Protection membership, you have free access to Ipipeline (Assureweb) or IRESS (The Exchange) discounted to £10pm+vat. They will get in touch directly with you in the upcoming days.

*Please note that if your company is not setup on IRESS (The Exchange), you will need to first apply on their website.
*Solution Builder is set up directly with Ipipeline

We do not specify to providers your agency terms, neither the clawback period or if it is indemnity or non-indemnity, you must check these and contact the providers directly if you wish to change them.

Guide to Join PMS Protection Panel For Firms With Existing Agency Relationships with Providers

This is a guide for existing companies with Terms of Business already established with providers who are adding their chosen PMS Protection Panel to their current agencies.

Adding chosen PMS Protection Panel

If you indicated in your application to join PMS Protection Panel that you are already writing protection business, on your behalf, the PMS Protection Agency Team will contact your chosen providers to grant you access to your chosen PMS Protection Panel agency.

We do not specify to providers your agency terms, neither the clawback period or if it is indemnity or non-indemnity, you must check these and contact the providers directly if you wish to change them.

Protection Quotation Systems

When you complete the PMS application form, please highlight if you would like us to contact iPipeline (Assureweb or Solutions Builder) or IRESS (The Exchange) so they are linked to your chosen PMS protection panel.

Assureweb is a free tool from iPipeline. For access to Solution Builder please contact iPiepline directly. As part of PMS you will receive 10% discount for Solution Builder.

IRESS is discounted to £10pm+VAT so if you are not set up already you will need to contact IRESS direct

What happens next…

We highly recommend you contacting the providers directly to ascertain your agency terms before submitting business.

You must take these actions to ensure you are getting the full commission enhancements when your chosen PMS Protection Panel is confirmed back to you within the next 14 working days:

	A new agency will be given to you. Please register here. If you wish to view pipeline on old agency number, please contact L&G directly by phone or email to link up using details in the above contact section using the link above.
	Register on LV platform at www.lv.com/adviser LV will amend the online profile at their end with the new agency.
	Send an email to [email protected] asking for your chosen PMS Protection Panel to be added in the web account.
	No agency is allocated with Zurich, To be able to use the Life Protection Platform, you need to register your firm with Zurich

If selected, the following providers will only update your exiting agency to the PMS Protection terms, without setting up new agencies or requiring any additional action from you:
