  • No minimum property ownership (under 6 months considered)
  • Manual individual underwriting process with credit search, not credit score
  • Ex-pats returning to UK (paid in Sterling to a UK bank account) subject to continuous employment (no minimum return period required)
  • Term based on youngest borrower (subject to availability)
  • Additional income considered including bonus, overtime and trusts (Additional income exceeding basic income also considered)
  • Bankruptcy and IVA discharged for 3 years or more
  • Manual affordability assessment
