Brightadviser.co.uk and brightgrey.com will become part of the Royal London websites for advisers and consumers
Portals and best advice systems will be updated to reflect the new Royal London products
- They'll also be rebranding their adviser marketing support site, magic circle, to become tailored marketing solutions
- Their Twitter account (@brightadviser) and LinkedIn company page will move across to Royal London
- All literature will change to be in the Royal London brand
What are they saying to customers?
Bright Grey are starting to write to their customers to tell them that the company name in their Direct Debit reference will change from 30th November 2015 onwards.
They've also been telling customers about the rebrand in the 'business as usual' communications, such as pre-sales packs and acceptance documents.
