Registering to use the system will give you access to an online DIP, KFI and mortgage application submission facility. The DIP does not incorporate a credit check. If you have not used the system before, you will first need to register, and this only takes a few minutes.

Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries is the dedicated intermediary arm of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, lending across England, Scotland, and Wales. We specialise in complex cases, offering carefully designed mortgage solutions that maximise borrowing potential and overcome common obstacles your clients may face.

With flexible criteria, manual underwriting, and no credit scoring, we assess each mortgage on its individual merits and overall case value rather than relying on automated systems. Our human approach means we work closely with you to understand the strengths of each case, often providing a decision on the day of referral. This ensures tailored support for PMS members and their more complex clients.

The Society offers lending for residential house purchases and remortgages up to 95% LTV, and up to 75% LTV for Buy-to-Let. Our specialist products support clients with non-standard incomes, including:
