Their team include 3 ex-private bankers with strong lending background meaning they understand clearly what a private bank/specialist lender requires for a successful application. 
We give our 100% pledge that the client remains the introducing brokers' relationship. Any subsequent business is always referred back to the introducing broker. We split the broker/proc fee with the introducing broker. 

When should your brokers call us?

For that great client you just can't place, if you answer the following three questions positively, we may be able to help. 

  • £1m minimum loan size? 
  • Minimum income £200k sole/£250k joint OR net assets excluding matrimonial home £500k OR will their accountant confirm they are a high net worth (HNW) individual?
  • Is the property in the UK?

Proc Fees

Gross   50% of the proc fee along with any broker fee charged, excluding a £1500 admin fee


Net   47.5% of the proc fee along with any broker fee charged, excluding £1500 admin fee

We deal with your client for one transaction only. If you wish us to deal with the product transfer or remortgage, you will need to re-introduce your client to us.
If following research, we can place the client with a high street lender, we will refer the client back to you to write the business. 
Our weekly deal forums brings together a combination of “The Banker’s View” and “The Broker’s View” to give the borrower the best of both worlds.
We have access to private banks and specialist lenders that many brokers will not be authorised to deal with.
Our “no poach” guarantee with regards to introduced borrowers backed up by an introducer agreement.
All other business opportunities identified as part of the fact find process are referred back to the introducing broker.
We provide the advice.
Complete transparency over the share of remuneration.

What cases should you refer to Private Banker Finance: 

  • Any loan of £1m plus where you cannot source a lender via your sourcing tool or the PMS help desk
  • It must be a property purchase in the UK  
  • Employed, overseas and self-employed clients with complicated income streams that do not fit with any high Street lender
